The oxygen is the fuel required to burn the foods of the human to convert into chemical energies. The cells in a human body require chemical energy to carry out three types of tasks that are to drive metabolic reactions, to transport required substances across membranes, to do mechanical work such as moving muscles.
The carbon dioxide is the waste product formed in a human body due to the metabolism of carbohydrates, the fats, and amino acids during the process of cellular respiration. The carbon dioxide regulates the pH value of the blood. So, carbon dioxide must remove from the blood before reaching the harmful level.
The lungs are one of the vital organs of the human and animal used for respiration and waste management. The lungs are the pair of organs like spongy located on either side of the chest, above the diaphragm and, protected by the rib cage bones. Out of the pair of the lung, the right side of the lung is just wider and shorter than the left side lung
Generally, the lungs of a man can hold more volume of air than the lungs of a woman. Similarly, at the rest condition, man can hold nearly 750 CC air and, a woman can hold 395 CC air in their lungs. A study state that a normal human with healthy lungs using only 70% lungs capacity even at maximum exercise intensity.
A study, state that the number of average breaths per minute would be for new born babies 40, for adults 15-20. The lungs divided in to different sections termed as lobes and separate by fissures. The right lung divided in to three sections that are superior lobe, middle lobe, and inferior lobe. The left lung divided in to two sections that are superior lobe and inferior lobe.
There are two types of functions continuously taking place in the lungs that are inhaling and exhaling for exchanging gases. The inhaled oxygen by the lungs reaches the tissues and organs of the entire body through nose, windpipe, bronchial tubes, bronchioles, capillaries of alveoli, heart. As oxygen mixed with the blood stream the carbon dioxide present in the blood passes through alveoli and expel from the body by exhaling.
Generally, the lungs are affected by the different acute (due to allergies, bacteria, and virus) and chronic (due to smoking and polluted working environment) respiratory diseases, particularly asthma, tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, and lung cancer.
The asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are the major respiratory disease, which the air passage in the lungs found inflamed, shrink, and making the affected patients, hard to breathe. There is no cure found so far for COPD. But now, both asthma and COPD are managed with different types of inhalers such as metered dose inhalers, dry powder inhalers, respimat device or soft mist inhalers.
Although the disposable inhalers manufactured by many renowned industries, introducing modern technologies and production facilities, still there are some gaps, in the way to increase the quantity, quality and to reduce the product cost, found, further to be filled.
VEL CONSULTANCY and the group of VEL CONSULTANCY feels proud to inform that since 1998, as per client’s requirement, we are providing topnotch quality of technical services and supports under one roof, comparably at a lower budget. We have improved versions of production technologies and designs for the production facilities suit to manufacture Disposable Inhalers in the way to meet the global market strategies, expecting more opportunities to serve the best.
