Generally, the transmission of power is the movement and transfer of the energy or power from the original place or the origin of the generation point to the required location, actually applied to perform different types of works either in the circular direction or linear direction.

There are four types of power transmission which are mechanical power transmission, electrical power transmission, hydraulic power transmission and, pneumatic power transmission.
